All boxes are created by hand with personal attention to detail. Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing prior to shipping. We do everything possible to process orders as quickly as we can to have them on their way as soon as possible.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING ORDER.

We do, however, understand that things happen, especially during shipping, that may require our attention. If damage to your order occurs during shipping we will be happy to replace your order at no charge to you once photo documentation is provided. We will also consider refunding the shipping cost.

Any other damage will be considered on a case by case basis. Again, photo documentation will need to be provided. Once that is given we will determine the best course of action. It can be returned for the damage to be corrected. The customer will only have to pay for the return shipping.

If you look through the items available and like what you see but do not see the color(s) you want a request for a Custom Order quote can be made. When requesting a custom order you can let us know which product you are interested in and what colors you would like and what changes you would like to make to fit your vision. All boxes can be made in all three sizes (one, two, or three tiers) and in most colors. We always do our best and everything within our power to honor custom requests and to meet the needs of our customers. When reviewing a request we will determine the possibility and get back to our customers as quickly as possible with a response. In some cases a photo swatch may be requested to ensure that we understand what the customer has in mind.

We offer several options for making custom requests. If you're looking at an item and would simply like a color change on the box, ribbon, or sparkle simply select the "Custom Color" option. Then just enter the color you want in the available field.

If you'd like a completely new creation you can fill out a quote for a custom order using the Custom Order button on the store home page or the Custom Request option in the menu bar. There you will be able to enter a description of what you want in complete detail.
