Since all products are custom made by hand ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING ORDER.
We do, however, understand that things happen, especially during shipping, that may require our attention. If damage to your order occurs during shipping we will be happy to replace your order at no charge to you once photo documentation is provided. We will also consider refunding the shipping cost.
Any other damage will be considered on a case by case basis. Again, photo documentation will need to be provided. Once that is given we will determine the best course of action. It can be returned for the damage to be corrected. The customer will only have to pay for the return shipping.
ALL DAMAGE SHOULD BE REPORTED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.
